Keep in Mind our Trailer Stages can transport our equipment (Lights/Audio/ADA Lift) within them, which SAVES you $$$ on separate delivery costs! We are here to work WITHIN your event budget!
The Stage Set Up fees includes our crew to Set up the Stage, it being at Standard or Full Height, Stairs with Handrail, Skirt, Shade back drop if desired.
Options at Additional Costs include us setting up Banner Packages, Lighting, Audio, Video Wall and ADA (Americans with Disabilities Act) Wheelchair Lift.
All the terms will be on the official estimate. All stages' terms include but are not limited to:
Fifty percent first payment to hold date. Payment in full required 10 days prior to load in.
Certificate of Insurance (COI) naming us, "Jones Productions", as Additionally Insured with your event insurance as per the estimate terms.
Venue or client to provide plywood highway if needed.
We'll go over details when you call and we determine load in times, wrap, etc.
